The ZWY-150/55L mining tracked scraper conveyor is equipped with a 55KW explosion-proof motor, has a high-efficiency slag discharge capacity of 150m³/h, and is suitable for large-section horizontal tunnel construction with a width of 3.2m or more. The sealed tracked chassis provides stable load-bearing capacity, and the scraper conveyor is wear-resistant and clog-resistant. It supports the addition of hydraulic breakers and milling heads, and can be used for slag transportation, rock breaking, and tunnel milling operations.   1. Product Overview

ZWY-150/55L crawler mucking loader is a high-output heavy-duty slagging machine. It is custom-built for large cross-section horizontal tunnels and mass-production tunneling projects of medium and large mines.
First of all, it sits between medium-size and ultra-heavy loader models. It balances powerful mucking efficiency and strong adaptability to various construction sites. It fits continuous tunneling work in coal mines, metal mines and large tunnel projects perfectly. It serves as core equipment to lift overall construction speed and quality for large-scale underground engineering.

Moreover, it comes equipped with a standard 55kW explosion-proof mining motor. It delivers stable continuous mucking output of 150 cubic meters per hour. Its balanced power output fully meets demands of long-hour, high-intensity construction.
The whole machine adopts sealed lubricated heavy-duty crawler assemblies. It features low ground pressure and outstanding load-bearing capacity. It runs steadily on damp, gravelly and soft underground ground without frequent jams. It can work on tunnels with slopes up to 15°. Its off-road performance and stability beat traditional medium-sized loaders by a wide margin.

In addition, it is fitted with an extended, thickened scraper conveyor system. It leaves extra large space for bulk ore and mixed slag to pass through. The optimized internal structure effectively avoids material blockage, conveyor deviation and excessive wear. It greatly cuts breakdown frequency during non-stop round-the-clock operation.

Furthermore, pre-reserved universal hydraulic expansion ports are mounted on the main body. Users can quickly install optional attachments including hydraulic breakers and milling heads to switch working functions freely.
This machine handles full-face dead-angle-free mucking, material transfer and mine car loading as standard tasks. It also supports delicate construction work: surrounding rock breaking, roadway widening, tunnel contour trimming, trench milling and landslide debris clearing. This equipment matches standard large roadway cross-section sizes. It boasts a wide excavation coverage range. It covers nearly all areas of the working face in one single pass. It reduces repeated back-and-forth machine movement. It significantly improves underground waste rock removal efficiency. It fits daily excavation and slag removal work for coal and rock roadways.

This schematic diagram visually demonstrates the maximum working excavation width and the range of left and right turning angles of the mining muck loader. It clearly shows the equipment's coverage area in roadways and its flexible turning range, highlighting the equipment's strong adaptability to narrow roadways and its advantage of muck loader operation with no blind spots.

The diagram shows the maximum working width of the excavating arm at the front of the equipment. This equipment is compatible with conventional roadway cross-sections, offering a wide excavation coverage area. It can cover most of the working face of the roadway in a single operation, reducing repeated equipment movements and significantly improving the efficiency of underground waste rock removal.
