Product Introduction of ZWY-150/55L Heavy-Duty Tracked Mucking Loader
ZWY-150/55L coal mine excavating muck loader is a high-efficiency heavy-duty crawler scraper mucking equipment, specially developed for large-section horizontal tunnels and mass-production tunneling of medium & large mines. Positioned between medium-size and heavy-duty models, it balances high-efficiency mucking performance and universal construction environment adaptability. It is perfectly suitable for continuous tunneling operations in coal mines, metal mines and large tunnels, acting as core equipment to improve construction quality and efficiency of large-scale underground engineering.
Equipped with a standard 55kW explosion-proof motor, the machine delivers stable hourly mucking capacity of 150 cubic meters. Balanced and efficient operation fully meets the requirements of high-intensity continuous construction. The whole machine adopts sealed lubricated heavy-duty track structure, featuring low ground pressure and strong load capacity, which can well adapt to damp, gravelly and soft underground ground conditions. It runs smoothly without frequent jamming, applicable to tunnels with gradient up to 15°, and its trafficability & stability far outperform traditional medium-sized machines.
Fitted with widened and thickened scraper conveyor system, it provides ample material passing space to convey large lump ore and mixed slag. Optimized structural design effectively avoids blockage, deviation and excessive wear, greatly lowering failure rate during continuous operation.
Standard hydraulic expansion interfaces are reserved on the machine body, supporting quick installation of multi-functional attachments including hydraulic breakers and milling heads to switch operation modes flexibly. It can not only complete full-section dead-angle-free mucking, material transfer and mine car loading, but also conduct refined construction such as surrounding rock breaking, roadway widening, section trimming, trench milling and landslide clearance. The multi-functional design saves procurement cost of multiple devices, ideal for diversified working conditions including roadway excavation, maintenance and reinforcement.
Adopting hydraulic pilot control system, the machine features light, sensitive operation with smooth shock-free movement and wide working coverage; no manual auxiliary cleaning is required for tunnel bottom.
