  1. Product Overview

ZWY-60/22L coal mine excavator loader is a lightweight tire-driven scraper slag removal equipment, specially developed for narrow cross-section roadways, low-height tunnels and small mine drifts. Different from traditional belt conveyor equipment and heavy crawler loaders, this machine adopts an integrated structure of tire walking system and scraper conveyor, combining outstanding flexibility and anti-blocking performance. It serves as a high-performance and cost-effective special machine for tunneling, mucking and roadway maintenance in small & micro underground mines.

Equipped with a 22kW explosion-proof motor, the machine delivers stable slag output up to 60m³/h with smooth and energy-saving power output, perfectly fitting short-distance, low-volume continuous mucking operations. The tire chassis features small turning radius and excellent mobility, enabling flexible movement on flat tunnels, hardened floors and low roadways without damaging the tunnel base. It can be relocated easily without complicated auxiliary equipment, greatly improving trafficability in confined spaces.

The core advantage lies in its scraper conveyor design. Compared with belt conveyors, it effectively avoids belt deviation and slipping, and provides stable conveying performance for crushed rock, coal cinder and mixed slag. It eliminates common faults including material jamming, leakage and belt tearing.
