4.Traveling Chain Track Assembly
The machine adopts a mining-grade reinforced tracked assembly, consisting of high-strength track plates, wear-resistant track pins, load-bearing wheels, guide wheels, track support rollers, tensioning mechanism, and a walking frame. The track plates are integrally cast from high-manganese steel, with increased thickness and deeper grooves, providing extremely strong grip with a ground pressure specific pressure ≤0.1MPa and a large ground contact area, making it less prone to getting stuck in muddy or soft roadways. The motor housing is made of thickened cast iron with an optimized heat dissipation structure and equipped with a high-power cooling fan, ensuring no overheating or burn-out during prolonged full-load operation. The internal windings use high-temperature resistant, insulated, and flame-retardant copper wire, offering excellent waterproof, dustproof, and moisture-proof performance, resisting corrosion from the humid, dusty, and explosive gas environments underground. 8. Scraper chain (non-standard)
The non-standard customized scraper chain for transport trough is specially designed for the transportation conditions of hard materials such as coal mine gravel, slag, gangue, etc. It is different from ordinary standard chains and is forged in one piece with thickened and widened chain plates and thickened high-strength pins. The entire chain has undergone carburizing and quenching and wear-resistant treatment. The material is high-manganese wear-resistant steel, processed with a special heat treatment process, resulting in high hardness, impact resistance, and resistance to material erosion and wear. The thickened base plate design can withstand the impact, friction, and crushing of large pieces of gangue and ore, preventing deformation, wear-through, and warping during long-term operation.
