WPZC-105/700L & WPZC-190/900L explosion-proof diesel excavator with integrated rock breaker, cable-free operation, certified for underground metal mine tunneling, high efficiency & low maintenance.
WPZC Series Explosion-Proof Diesel Crawler Excavator with Integrated Rock Breaking System
WPZC-105/700L and WPZC-190/900L are explosion-proof diesel integrated excavation & rock breaking crawler excavators. Free from external power cables, they deliver outstanding cross-site mobility, making them perfectly suited for power-short mine tunnels, diversion tunnels and various underground engineering projects worldwide, especially metal mines across global markets.
Both machines are equipped with explosion-proof diesel engines with rated power of 105 kW and 190 kW respectively, running at a uniform rated speed of 2200 rpm. The hydraulic system operates at a nominal working pressure of 21.5 MPa, paired with an optimized high-efficiency heat dissipation structure that keeps hydraulic oil temperature below 70°C, effectively eliminating high-temperature failures during long-hour continuous heavy-duty operation. Driven by integrated hydraulic travel motors, the crawler chassis features ground contact pressure below 0.1 MPa, enabling stable travel without sinking on soft gravel and muddy tunnel floors. The travel speed ranges from 35 m/min to 40 m/min, with powerful traction force to support stable climbing on slopes of ±19°.
Two interchangeable working attachments come as standard for both models: a digging bucket and a hydraulic rock breaker, each with a standard capacity of 0.3 m³. The WPZC-190/900L features an extended working range, with a maximum digging width of 7000 mm and maximum horizontal digging reach of 4300 mm. Two breaker specifications with 600 J and 900 J rated impact energy are optional to match diverse hard rock crushing requirements. This all-in-one unit independently completes full processes including excavation, rock breaking and muck removal, removing the need for extra dedicated crushing equipment even in hard rock formations. Its compact turning radius ensures flexible operation inside narrow mine drifts. The two models have an operating weight of approximately 6.5 tons and 9 tons respectively, adopting a split modular body design for convenient disassembly, transportation and on-site reassembly.
Every unit passes complete international explosion-proof certification before factory delivery. The whole-machine operating noise is controlled within 120 dB(A) to meet underground safety operation standards. Tracks, buckets and breaker chisels are manufactured with thickened high-wear alloy steel to withstand heavy rock mining and extend service life. The modular structural design greatly simplifies spare parts replacement and daily maintenance for overseas mining projects. Only one operator is required to finish all digging and rock breaking procedures, cutting the demand for multiple pieces of supporting equipment and significantly lowering overall project investment and construction costs. It is an ideal multi-functional integrated construction solution for underground works without stable power supply.
