WPZC-105/700L & WPZC-190/900L diesel flameproof crawler all-in-one machine, cable-free, integrated digging & crushing, independent power for mines without power supply.
WPZC Series Diesel Explosion-Proof Crawler Excavator with Integrated Crushing System
Models WPZC-105/700L and WPZC-190/900L are diesel-driven explosion-proof integrated excavation & crushing machines. Operating without external power cables, they deliver superior mobility for mining tunnels and construction sites lacking power supply, fully adaptable to overseas metal mines, water diversion tunnels and various underground engineering projects.
Equipped with explosion-proof diesel engines rated at 105 kW and 190 kW respectively, both units run at a nominal speed of 2200 rpm. The hydraulic system features a working pressure of 21.5 MPa, with an optimized heat dissipation structure that keeps hydraulic oil temperature below 70°C — effectively mitigating high-temperature malfunctions during long-duration continuous operations. Driven by track hydraulic motors, the machine imposes a ground contact pressure under 0.1 MPa, enabling stable operation on soft gravel terrain without sinking. Its travel speed ranges from 35 to 40 m/min, paired with powerful traction to tackle slopes of ±19° effortlessly.
Both variants come standard with two interchangeable working attachments: a digging bucket and a hydraulic breaker, each with a 0.3 m³ capacity. The WPZC-190/900L boasts an extended working envelope, with a maximum digging width of 7,000 mm and digging reach of 4,300 mm. Two breaker impact energy options (600 J / 900 J) are available to meet diverse rock-breaking demands. This all-in-one machine completes excavation, rock crushing and muck removal independently, eliminating the need for auxiliary crushing equipment even for hard rock formations. Its compact turning radius guarantees agile maneuvering inside narrow mine drifts. Weighing roughly 6.5 tons and 9 tons respectively, the machines feature a split design for easy disassembly, transportation and reassembly on-site.
Each unit is fully certified to international explosion-proof standards before factory delivery, with operating noise capped at 120 dB(A) to ensure underground operation safety. Tracks, buckets and breaker chisels are fabricated from thickened wear-resistant alloys to withstand heavy-duty rock mining and reduce component abrasion. The modular architecture simplifies spare parts replacement and routine maintenance for overseas mining operations. A single operator can conduct all digging and crushing workflows, cutting down the requirement for multiple pieces of equipment and drastically lowering overall project costs. It serves as an extremely practical all-in-one construction solution for power-free underground engineering scenarios.
