WPZ-37/600L & WPZ-55/900L electric underground integrated machine with digging, breaking & dozing functions, three-section arm, low ground pressure for metal mine tunnel renovation.
WPZ Series Electric Crawler Integrated Excavating & Crushing Tunnel Repair Machine
Product Introduction
Models WPZ-37/600L and WPZ-55/900L are electric-driven multi-functional underground all-in-one machines specially developed for medium & small roadway excavation. They integrate three core functions: digging & loading, hard rock breaking and bulldozing ground leveling, making them ideal for overseas small and medium metal mines, water diversion tunnels and other minor underground engineering projects.
Both units adopt a three-section telescopic working arm, delivering differentiated operation coverage. The WPZ-37/600L features a 37 kW installed power and a 0.21 m³ bucket capacity. The upgraded WPZ-55/900L comes with 55 kW power and a 0.28 m³ bucket capacity, boasting a maximum digging width of 8,890 mm. It greatly improves deep excavation, lifting and dumping performance, and raises construction efficiency for large-section roadways.
The machine is standard-equipped with a hydraulic breaker supporting two adjustable impact energy grades (600 J and 900 J) and variable impact frequency, capable of breaking rock with different hardness levels. Its operating noise is controlled below 120 dB(A) to guarantee safe underground work. A front-mounted dozer blade realizes rapid roadway leveling and muck cleaning after excavation, removing the need for extra ground-clearing equipment.
The whole machine is driven by crawler hydraulic motors, with two track shoe width options: 300 mm and 450 mm. Its ground contact pressure is ≤0.1 MPa, enabling stable operation on muddy and gravel ground. Sufficient ground clearance allows smooth travel on slopes up to 14°. The hydraulic system adopts model-matched pressure and flow parameters, with the maximum hydraulic oil temperature limited to 75 °C, effectively avoiding overheating shutdowns during long-hour continuous operation.
Thanks to its compact turning radius, the machine can flexibly maneuver inside narrow tunnels. Its streamlined overall dimensions allow large components to be disassembled conveniently, cutting costs for cross-border transportation and underground relocation.
The operating weight of the two models stands at 6,850 kg and 7,850 kg respectively. Open canopy and closed cab versions are available to adapt to diverse working conditions. All wear-prone parts are manufactured from wear-resistant alloy steel for extended service life. The modular design enables quick spare part replacement and routine maintenance for overseas mining sites.
A single machine independently completes the full workflow including rock breaking, muck removal and site finishing, eliminating the deployment of multiple devices and drastically lowering labor and equipment investment. It is a highly cost-effective integrated construction solution for small and medium underground projects worldwide.
