WPZ-45-2300L & WPZ-75-6000L crawler rock breakers for underground bulk ore secondary crushing & tunnel expansion. Explosion-proof motor, ±50° swing boom, modular design, replace manual blasting & hammering for metal mines.
WPZ Series Crawled Mining Rock Breaker
Product Introduction
Models WPZ-45-2300L and WPZ-75-6000L are dedicated crawler-mounted rock breakers engineered for secondary crushing of bulk ore and tunnel wall expansion underground. Designed to resolve pain points including difficult haulage of post-blasting rock lumps and low manual crushing efficiency, they are perfectly suited for overseas metal mines and medium-to-large tunnel construction projects.
The boom of both machines features a ±50° slewing range, delivering full-area crushing coverage without frequent machine repositioning.
WPZ-45-2300L: Maximum crushing width reaches 4,200 mm and maximum crushing outreach hits 3,200 mm, matching roadways with cross-section ≥3m×3m.
WPZ-75-6000L: Boasts an extended working envelope with a 4,800 mm max crushing width and 1,500 mm max crushing depth. It fits large-section tunnels of 4.5m×4.5m and above, with a processing capacity ranging from 0 to 20 m³/h for faster breaking of hard rock and oversized ore blocks.
The unified hydraulic system runs at a rated pressure of 25 MPa, with multiple motor power and breaker specifications optional:
WPZ-45-2300L: Equipped with 45/55 kW explosion-proof motor, compatible with Model 85/100 hydraulic breakers.
WPZ-75-6000L: Upgraded with high-power 75/90 kW motor, paired with 125/140 mm chisel breakers to generate powerful impact force for effortless hard rock demolition.
Two adjustable travel speeds are available: low speed for precise positioning and high speed for rapid relocation. The machines can steadily climb hard-surface slopes up to 18°, ensuring stable travel on underground gentle gradients.
The two models weigh 10 tons and 16 tons respectively, adopting heavy-duty wear-resistant overall structures with selectable ground clearance of 200 mm or 300 mm. Anti-gravel bottom plates effectively reduce chassis abrasion. The minimum turning radius stands between 5,000–5,500 mm, enabling flexible operation in standard mine roadways. Modular split design allows large assemblies to be disassembled separately to cut cross-border logistics expenses. Standardized wear-resistant chisels and hydraulic hoses simplify spare part procurement and replacement at overseas mining sites.
A single operator can independently complete full bulk ore crushing workflows. This machine fully replaces manual sledgehammer work and eliminates the need for secondary blasting. It drastically cuts underground labor input and construction hazards, lowering long-term mine operation costs, and serves as an economical special crushing solution for medium and large underground projects.
