Product Overview
WPZ-75/50/600L is a high-power all-in-one tunnel maintenance crawler machine integrating milling, rock breaking, excavation and automatic mucking functions. It is professionally designed for roadway expansion, reconstruction and soft rock excavation in medium and large coal mines & metal mines, and widely applicable to various overseas tunnel and underground mining projects.
This machine is equipped with a 75 kW flameproof explosion-proof motor and variable displacement hydraulic pump system. The hydraulic system runs at a rated working pressure of 23.5 MPa with a maximum main pump flow of 130 L/min, delivering stable, continuous power output for long-hour underground operation. It adopts a three-section telescopic working arm matched with a 0.3 m³ standard bucket, supporting three interchangeable working modes: digging, hydraulic rock breaking and milling cutting. A hydraulic breaker with 600 J rated impact energy comes as standard, compatible with 53 mm / 68 mm breaker chisels. The whole machine’s operating noise is controlled below 120 dB(A), and the front milling drum enables full-area rock trimming, profiling and surface finishing.
The travel system adopts integrated hydraulic motor-reducer drive with heavy-duty steel crawlers, with track width of 400 mm and total track length of 2,855 mm. Its ground contact pressure is limited to ≤0.1 MPa, paired with a minimum ground clearance of 190 mm for stable driving. The machine can smoothly climb hard-surface slopes within ±16°. Travel speed is steplessly adjustable from 0 to 3.5 km/h, and the working arm features a horizontal slewing angle of ±40°. The minimum overall turning radius is ≤5,300 mm, providing outstanding flexibility inside medium-to-large mine roadways.
A single-strand single-drive scraper conveyor is fitted at the rear. The scraper chain runs at a constant speed of 40 m/min with a standard unloading distance of 3,000 mm, realizing fully automatic conveying of broken rock fragments without auxiliary haulage equipment. Its overall dimension reaches 10,000 × 1,600 × 2,500 mm with a total operating weight of 10.1 tons. Balanced multi-function working parameters deliver a wide operation range, allowing one-machine completion of roadway widening, foundation trimming and full muck removal procedures.
The whole machine adopts modular assembly design. Core wear parts including scraper plates, breaker chisels and digging buckets are standardized for quick disassembly, replacement and routine maintenance at overseas mining sites. One machine replaces multiple independent construction devices, cutting equipment procurement costs and underground staffing quantity, thus drastically lowering comprehensive roadway rehabilitation expenses. It acts as an efficient integrated construction solution for large-section underground roadway renovation.
