Product Introduction
WPZ-18.5/350L is a compact electric roadway maintenance machine tailor-made for narrow-section small mines, water diversion tunnels and underground corner renovation operations. Featuring an agile mini body with full 360° unrestricted slewing capability, it is highly favored for roadway maintenance projects in overseas small metal mines and coal mines.
Weighing only 2.6 tons with base dimensions of 3300×950×2150 mm, the machine’s overall width is adjustable to fit low, narrow tunnels and small mining working faces. It is fitted with a 18.5 kW explosion-proof motor and a hydraulic system with rated working pressure of 18/20 MPa, delivering stable operation and low failure rates. The full 360° rotary design eliminates frequent machine repositioning for tunnel muck clearance. Its maximum digging reach reaches 3500 mm, maximum digging height 3600 mm and maximum digging depth 1200 mm. Equipped with a 0.12 m³ bucket, it provides powerful digging force and high efficiency for clearing accumulated rock debris inside tunnels.
A standard Model 45 hydraulic breaker comes fitted to tackle loose dangerous rock and hard rock outcrops in roadways, removing the need for auxiliary rock splitting and breaking equipment. The crawler travel system achieves an ultra-low ground contact pressure of ≤0.08 MPa, preventing sinking on muddy gravel underground ground. With a ground clearance of 200 mm, it can steadily travel on slopes up to 18°. Its travel speed of 0.89 km/h enables precise low-speed handling, paired with a minimum track turning radius of only 1.7 m for flexible operation in tight confined spaces.
Its ultra-compact structure allows simple disassembly, requiring minimal space for cross-border sea freight or underground transportation to cut logistics expenses. The simplified mechanical layout and wear-resistant structural components greatly facilitate daily maintenance and spare parts replacement at overseas mining sites. This all-in-one unit completes rock breaking, excavation and muck loading simultaneously. A single operator can independently finish all roadway repair tasks including roadway widening, lining installation and waste rock removal, eliminating extra labor input and drastically lowering long-term operation labor costs.
