STDL series crawler bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer includes 4 models with capacity 500-2000 m³/h, designed for open coal yards, sand aggregate yards and port bulk storage. Equipped with large adjustable bucket wheel, dual-stage long conveyor, steel crawler chassis and front dozer blade. It integrates reclaiming, conveying and stacking functions, with ±180° bucket arm rotation and ±65° discharge arm swing. Modular split design simplifies overseas transportation and maintenance, ideal for automated bulk coal, ore and sand handling projects.
The STDL series bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer consists of four standard models: STDL-500, STDL-1000, STDL-1600 and STDL-2000. It is an integrated automatic loading/unloading equipment specially developed for open coal yards, sand & gravel yards, port bulk terminals and thermal power plant storage yards. It processes bulk materials such as coal, sand and ore with density 0.8–1.8t/m³, with rated throughput ranging from 500 to 2000m³/h, suitable for automatic stacking & reclaiming in small, medium and large open stockyards.
Adopting large-diameter bucket wheel reclaiming structure, the wheel diameter ranges from 2400 to 4600mm, fitted with 8–12 heavy-duty wear buckets of 0.15–0.4m³ single capacity. The bucket wheel runs at stepless speed 0–8rpm, and the reclaim boom rotates ±180°, enabling large-area material digging without frequent machine relocation. The machine is equipped with two-stage long-distance telescopic conveyors: feed belt width 800–1400mm, discharge telescopic belt width 1000–1600mm. The discharge arm swings ±65°, and the series maximum stacking height reaches 7800mm to maximize vertical storage capacity.
Separate drive motors are configured for crawler travel, bucket wheel, feed belt and discharge belt, with power ratings accurately matched to each model for stable power supply. Fitted with thickened steel crawler chassis, the machine travels smoothly on gravel and muddy ground, and the front dozer blade levels working surface simultaneously. It integrates full reclaiming, conveying and stacking procedures, replacing loaders, fixed belts and independent stackers to save yard space and labor cost.
The machine adopts modular split design for easy disassembly and containerized shipment, effectively cutting logistics cost for overseas projects. Standardized and interchangeable core transmission components simplify spare parts procurement and routine maintenance at mines, ports and power plants worldwide. Widely exported to global mining, port and thermal power storage sites, it acts as core high-efficiency automated equipment for bulk material stockyards.

The upper part is high-definition white-background render of the equipment, while 4 field application photos at the bottom display working conditions in open yards, enclosed workshops, large raw material depots and sand stockpiles. This crawler-type unit moves freely on site; its front bucket wheel excavates bulk materials, which are then discharged through the rear truss conveyor. The front dozer blade levels ground and stabilizes the machine, suitable for various bulk material storage & transfer projects.

This is an on-site photo of crawler mobile bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer ready for delivery. It integrates crawler travel chassis, ground leveling dozer, hydraulic luffing mechanism, high-capacity bucket wheel assembly and material conveyor system. Operating without fixed rails, it independently completes the whole workflow of bulk material digging, conveying and stacking, widely used in coal yards, aggregate stockyards and port bulk terminals.

Fully assembled unit is inspected outdoors at factory. The large front bucket wheel excavates bulk materials, which pass through internal conveyor to rear truss belt for stacking. Crawler chassis with front dozer enables free movement and ground leveling without fixed rails, suitable for open mines, thermal power plants and port bulk stockyards.

This white-background render is suitable for catalog and web display. The front bucket wheel excavates materials, which are delivered through internal conveyor to rear truss boom for stacking. Crawler chassis plus dozer blade enable free movement and ground leveling without fixed rail construction for open bulk stockyards.

This newly assembled unit undergoes outdoor factory inspection. The rotating bucket wheel feeds material to the internal belt for rear discharge. Tracked travel removes the need for rails, while the front dozer clears yard ground, ideal for coal, aggregate stockyards.
