TF-12L & TF-14L diesel hydraulic underground drill rigs for metal mine roadway excavation and anchor bolt drilling. Equipped with optional A180D/L, A22D, S20D/L rock drills, hole diameter 33-76mm, max climbing 14°, flexible turning. Modular design, interchangeable wear parts, one machine completes tunneling and support drilling to cut labor cost and improve construction efficiency.
Product Introduction: TF Series Mining Rock Drilling Platforms
The TF series mining rock drilling rigs consist of two standard models: TF-12L and TF-14L. They are professional drilling equipment specially developed for mine roadway excavation, tunnel construction and underground bolt support drilling, widely used in domestic and foreign metal mines, coal mines and tunnel engineering projects.
Adopting diesel hydraulic mechanical transmission, the machine is equipped with a 66kW main engine and a 55kW independent hydraulic pump station, delivering stable power and flexible mobility. The walking speed is adjustable from 0 to 15km/h with a maximum climbing capacity of 14°, ensuring stable operation on complex underground road surfaces. The TF-12L has a total feed beam length of 5315mm and a maximum drilling depth of 3355mm; the TF-14L has a total feed beam length of 6158mm and a maximum drilling depth of 3960mm, covering shallow and deep hole drilling demands. With a constant thrust of 15kN and scientific turning radius design, the machine avoids tunnel wall abrasion during steering. Weighing about 14 tons with adjustable body height, it adapts to various roadway sections.
The equipment supports three optional independent rotary rock drill heads, matching multiple shank specifications to achieve a full drilling diameter range of 33–76mm. With impact power of 18–22kW, high impact frequency and adjustable rotary torque, it performs stably and efficiently in various rock formations. The standard pneumatic lubrication system continuously maintains core drilling components, reducing wear and ensuring long-term continuous operation stability.
Integrated with walking, precise rock drilling and support drilling functions, the machine independently completes roadway excavation, blasting hole and bolt support hole construction without auxiliary equipment. The modular structure facilitates disassembly and transshipment, cutting cross-border logistics costs. Standardized core parts simplify overseas maintenance. Replacing traditional manual drilling operations, it effectively reduces underground labor intensity and improves the standardization and efficiency of roadway drilling construction, serving as core high-efficiency equipment for mine and tunnel engineering.
