CYTM41/2 electric anchor drilling rig is professional underground roadway support equipment, suitable for tunnels with cross-sections from 3.5m×3.5m to 6m×6m. It is mainly deployed for anchor bolt drilling on tunnel roofs and side walls, widely used in roadway support projects of coal mines and metal mines all over the world.
Weighing 16.5 tons, the machine features transport dimensions of 10,400 × 1,850 × 2,270 mm and a minimum ground clearance of 300 mm. It can climb slopes up to 14° on hard ground with an outer turning radius of 5,700 mm, delivering flexible maneuverability inside tunnels. Equipped with a 55 kW motor compatible with 380 V, 660 V and 1140 V, the rig is fitted with a cable reel that can hold up to 70 meters of cable to support long-distance underground operation.
Matched with HC25 dedicated anchor rock drill, the unit delivers 10 kW impact power, 196 J single impact energy and 53 Hz impact frequency. The hydraulic system operates at 16 MPa working pressure with a flow rate of 65 L/min. It drills holes ranging from φ32 mm to φ43 mm, and fits anchor bolts of 1.8 m to 2.5 m with various matching drill rods. The drill arm and propeller support multi-angle adjustment: the propeller rotates ±180°, tilts 25° downward and 80° upward, with a built-in 480 mm compensation stroke. The main drill arm tilts 30° downward / 50° upward and swings ±30° left and right, enabling accurate positioning for all anchor points on tunnel roofs and side walls without blind zones.
The machine features robust overall structure and uniform hydraulic thrust, ensuring neatly shaped boreholes and consistent support construction quality. Its modular design standardizes all vulnerable parts, simplifying daily maintenance and spare parts replacement at overseas mining sites. A single operator can finish the whole anchor drilling process independently, replacing manual hand-held drills, greatly cutting labor intensity and improving tunnel support efficiency. It serves as the core reinforcement equipment for underground roadway rock stabilization.
