CYTM41/2 Electric Roof Bolter Product Introduction
Brief Company & Product Brief
Our factory is a professional manufacturer of underground mine support equipment, with independent R&D, production and after-sales service capacity. The CYTM41/2 electric anchor drilling rig is our flagship roadway bolting equipment tailored for medium and large cross-section tunnels. This all-in-one crawler bolter integrates walking, hydraulic power and multi-angle drilling functions, replacing traditional manual handheld rock drills. It realizes full-automatic anchor hole drilling for tunnel roof and side walls, greatly improving supporting speed and underground operation safety. Fully explosion-proof design meets global coal and metal mine safety standards, and we provide customized adjustment and long-term spare parts supply for different tunnel working conditions.
The CYTM41/2 electric anchor drilling rig is dedicated underground roadway support machinery, engineered for mine tunnels with cross-sections ranging from 3.5m×3.5m to 6m×6m. It is primarily used for roof and sidewall anchor bolt drilling, and widely adopted for roadway reinforcement projects in coal and metal mines globally.
The whole machine weighs 16.5 tons, with transit dimensions of 10400 × 1850 × 2270 mm and a minimum ground clearance of 300 mm. It can negotiate slopes up to 14° on solid ground, with an outer turning radius of only 5700 mm for agile movement inside narrow tunnels. Fitted with a 55 kW explosion-proof motor compatible with 380V, 660V and 1140V power supplies, it comes with an integrated cable reel capable of storing up to 70 meters of cable to support long-distance underground operations.
It is paired with the HC25 specialized anchor rock drill, which outputs 10 kW impact power, 196 J single strike energy and a 53 Hz impact frequency. The hydraulic system runs at a working pressure of 16 MPa with a flow rate of 65 L/min. It produces boreholes from φ32 mm to φ43 mm, and works with drill rods matching 1.8 m–2.5 m anchor bolts.
The drill boom and feed unit support full multi-angle adjustment: the feed assembly rotates ±180°, tilts 25° downwards and 80° upwards, and features a built-in 480 mm compensation stroke. The main drill boom tilts 30° downward / 50° upward and swings ±30° left and right. This full adjustment range enables precise targeting of every anchor point on tunnel roofs and ribs with zero dead zones.
Built with a heavy-duty rigid frame and evenly distributed hydraulic thrust, the rig delivers smooth, well-formed boreholes for consistent roadway support quality. All wearing parts adopt standardized modular design, making daily maintenance and spare part replacement straightforward for overseas mine sites.
One single operator can complete the full anchor drilling workflow independently. It eliminates labor-intensive handheld drilling work, drastically reducing worker fatigue and boosting roadway reinforcement efficiency. It acts as essential core equipment for underground surrounding rock stabilization.

This wheeled support jumbo is dedicated to roadway surrounding rock reinforcement. Its adjustable boom drills bolt holes on roof and side walls; hydraulic outriggers secure the machine during operation while wheeled chassis enables fast relocation, ideal for reinforcement work after tunnel and mine excavation.

This anchoring drill rig places hydraulic tank and fluid monitoring parts at machine end, freeing central space for two drilling booms and simplifying heat dissipation & maintenance. Two booms carry out high-position drilling separately, crawler undercarriage adapts to rough underground terrain for large-scale roof anchoring of roadways.

The drilling vehicle adopts rear-mounted power and cooling unit to shield core components from vibration and dust at working end. Two independent drilling booms adapt to various drilling positions, rugged track undercarriage suits underground terrain. It is widely used for full-section roadway anchoring, and rear cabinet layout simplifies routine maintenance of power assemblies.

This crawler anchor drilling rig features two separate articulated booms for independent drilling orientation adjustment to complete multi-point anchor drilling along roadways. Its high-adaptability crawler chassis works on unpaved ground, commonly used for rock anchoring and exploratory borehole construction to cut equipment relocation frequency.

This dual-head drilling jumbo has two independently controlled hydraulic booms to complete drilling work at two positions simultaneously. Each boom is equipped with drilling unit, hydraulic hoses and maintenance platform. The crawler chassis adapts to uneven underground roads, it is widely used for anchor bolt hole and grouting hole drilling in mine roadways to greatly improve construction efficiency.
