Product Overview of ZWY Series Crawler Mucking Loaders
The ZWY series crawler mucking loader includes four core models: ZWY-80/30L, ZWY-120/55L, ZWY-150/55L and ZWY-180/55L. It covers mucking and slagging needs for small, medium and large underground mine roadways. It integrates excavation, conveying and discharging functions into one compact device. It adapts flexibly to horizontal roadways and steep inclined shaft working conditions. It replaces traditional manual and segmented slagging operations efficiently. It becomes the optimal mechanized equipment for coal mine and metal mine tunneling projects. Overall, this all-in-one unit solves common underground construction pain points. Therefore, it has become the mainstream slag removal equipment for diverse underground engineering scenarios.
1.1 Graded Working Performance & Adjustable Working Range
Furthermore, the four models adopt gradient-upgraded performance. They fully meet diverse engineering demands. The maximum slewing angle of the whole machine reaches ±60°. Working ranges expand steadily with higher model grades. Specifically, the ZWY-180/55L delivers a digging width of 5900–6870 mm. It also provides a maximum horizontal digging reach of 2470–2958 mm. It offers a much wider working coverage. In addition, dumping height and horizontal dumping distance are fully adjustable. The minimum feeding height supports flexible modification as well. Consequently, the machine matches mine cars and belt conveyors perfectly. It realizes continuous, non-stop ore and gangue discharge.
1.2 Traveling Performance & Hydraulic Power Configuration
In terms of traveling performance, all models feature a dual-speed travel system. The two optional speeds are 2.15 km/h and 3.8 km/h. Meanwhile, the maximum climbing capacity on hard ground reaches 32°. It runs stably on roadways with gradients within 30°. It effectively prevents material sliding on steep inclined shafts. In addition, the hydraulic system uses two-stage working pressure from 25 MPa to 35.5 MPa. Power configurations upgrade step by step across the series. Correspondingly, motor power ranges from 30 kW to 75 kW. Hourly mucking capacity covers 80 m³/h to 180 m³/h. It satisfies different daily slag removal volumes for various mines.
1.3 Terrain Adaptability & Customizable Design
In terms of terrain adaptability, the machine’s minimum ground clearance ranges from 280 mm to 350 mm. The inner track width ranges from 1000 mm to 1360 mm. Notably, both parts support customized heightening and widening. Moreover, users can enlarge the maximum passable bulk ore size. This simple upgrade effectively avoids scraper jamming by large rocks. Besides, the conveyor supports two drive types. They include single-chain single-drive and double-chain double-drive. Both types offer strong load capacity and excellent wear resistance. Ultimately, the machine weight ranges from 8.8 tons to 20.5 tons. It fits roadway sections from 2.3m×2.3m to 3.5m×3.5m. It works well for both small and large underground projects.
1.4 Structural Advantages & Construction Efficiency
Structurally, the loader adopts a high-strength integrated frame. It also uses a modular assembly structure. Therefore, underground disassembly and transportation become much easier. Daily maintenance also saves time and labor. Meanwhile, a single operator can finish all mucking processes independently. These processes include digging, conveying and discharging. In turn, the machine greatly cuts underground labor input. It significantly improves tunneling efficiency. It also enhances overall on-site safety. For these reasons, it is widely used in coal and metal mine tunneling and slagging projects.

1.5 Structural Drawing & Working Range Illustration
The attached drawings display the machine’s overall structure. They also illustrate the working range of the front excavation arm. Firstly, the equipment fits standard roadway cross-sections. It provides a wide excavation coverage area. Secondly, it covers most working face areas in one operation. It reduces repeated machine movements. As a result, it greatly improves underground waste rock cleaning efficiency. It perfectly matches routine excavation and slag removal for coal and rock roadways.

The diagram shows the maximum working width of the excavating arm at the front of the equipment. This equipment is compatible with conventional roadway cross-sections, offering a wide excavation coverage area. It can cover most of the working face of the roadway in a single operation, reducing repeated equipment movements and significantly improving the efficiency of underground waste rock removal. It is suitable for conventional excavation and slag removal operations in coal and rock roadways.

This schematic diagram shows the overall structure of a coal mine excavator loader (slag loader).
