ZWY series crawler mucking loader includes ZWY-80/30L, ZWY-120/55L, ZWY-150/55L, ZWY-180/55L four models with capacity 80-180m³/h. Integrated digging and scraper conveying structure, max climbing capacity up to 32°, adaptable for flat roadways and 30° inclined shafts. Product Overview of ZWY Series Crawler Mucking Loaders
The ZWY series crawler mucking loader consists of four models: ZWY-80/30L, ZWY-120/55L, ZWY-150/55L and ZWY-180/55L, fully covering mucking requirements for small, medium and large underground roadways. Integrating excavation, scraper conveying and continuous material transfer functions, the equipment is applicable to both horizontal roadways and steeply inclined shafts, serving as mainstream mechanized equipment for mine tunneling operations.
The operating performance of the four models is upgraded in gradient. The maximum slewing angle of the whole machine reaches up to ±60°. As the model specification increases, the digging width, digging reach and digging height are enlarged correspondingly. Among all models, ZWY-180/55L boasts a digging width of 5900–6870mm and a maximum digging reach of 2958mm, delivering broader working coverage. For all models, dumping height and dumping distance can be extended and raised, while the minimum loading height is adjustable. The machine can be flexibly matched with mine cars and belt conveyors to realize uninterrupted material discharge.
All units are equipped with a dual-speed traveling system with two speed options of 2.15km/h and 3.8km/h. The maximum climbing capacity on hard ground is ≤32°, and the machine adapts to roadways with a gradient of ≤30°, effectively preventing material sliding during operation on steep inclined shafts. The rated working pressure of the hydraulic system ranges from 25MPa to 35.5MPa, with power configurations upgraded stepwise. Supporting motor power ranges from 30kW to 75kW, and the hourly loading capacity rises from 80m³/h to 180m³/h to meet various mucking volume demands.
The ground clearance ranges from 280mm to 350mm, and the inner track width varies from 1000mm to 1360mm. Both ground clearance and track width can be customized with heightened or widened designs. The maximum passing size for bulk ore can be enlarged synchronously to avoid scraper jamming. The conveying mechanism supports two drive types: single-chain single-drive and double-chain double-drive, featuring strong load-bearing capacity and superior wear resistance. The total machine weight ranges from 8.8 tons to 20.5 tons, matching roadway sections from 2.3m×2.3m to 3.5m×3.5m, compatible with mines with either small or large cross-sections.
With a robust overall structure and modular design, the machine facilitates underground transportation and routine maintenance. A single operator can complete the full mucking workflow independently, cutting labor costs underground while improving tunneling efficiency and on-site operation safety. It is widely applied to tunneling projects of all types of coal mines and metal mines.

The diagram shows the maximum working width of the excavating arm at the front of the equipment. This equipment is compatible with conventional roadway cross-sections, offering a wide excavation coverage area. It can cover most of the working face of the roadway in a single operation, reducing repeated equipment movements and significantly improving the efficiency of underground waste rock removal. It is suitable for conventional excavation and slag removal operations in coal and rock roadways.
