ZWY-60/22L mining mucking loader is a MA-certified explosion-proof underground mining equipment. It is equipped with a 22kW flameproof motor with a standard loading capacity of 60m³ per hour. Adopting wheel walking and belt conveying structure, the machine features light weight, flexible movement and low energy consumption. Complying with MT/T 154.1 standard, it integrates digging, mucking and automatic unloading functions, widely used for tunneling mucking and roadway cleaning in small-section coal roadways, half-coal rock roadways and tunnel projects.

- Product Overview
ZWY-60/22L tire-driven coal mine excavator loader is a small explosion-proof mucking equipment specially developed for narrow roadways with section width around 1.8m. Equipped with a 22kW explosion-proof motor, it delivers standard hourly mucking capacity of 60m³/h, combining outstanding flexibility and continuous slag conveying efficiency. It is widely applied to medium & small coal mines, metal & non-metal mines and short-distance water diversion tunnel excavation projects. Directly supplied by the manufacturer, customized adjustment on overall dimension and conveyor structure is available.
The machine adopts an integrated structure of tire travelling system and flame-retardant belt conveyor. Compared with crawler models, it features smaller turning radius and flexible forward/backward & steering movement inside tunnels. No ground hardening treatment is required for site transfer, saving massive time and labor cost. The widened tear-resistant middle belt conveyor runs smoothly with low material blockage risk. Belt replacement and daily maintenance are simple, leading to lower long-term operation cost. It is suitable for continuous operation in gentle underground tunnels with gradient below 8°.
Integrated with excavation, grabbing, transfer, loading and roadway floor cleaning functions, the extended hydraulic mucking arm at the front covers the full working face. No secondary manual cleaning is needed for floating coal and gravel at roadway corners, which greatly reduces underground labor input.
The whole machine holds complete coal mine explosion-proof safety certifications. Its electrical system is equipped with multi-warning protection against overload, over-temperature and oil circuit blockage. Full hydraulic pilot control handles deliver easy operation with smooth shock-free movements. A simple sunshade cab is equipped to relieve fatigue during long-hour operation. The hydraulic system is fitted with an independent air cooling radiator, avoiding overheating shutdown during long-duration continuous tunneling, supporting 24-hour shift work in mines.
Compact and lightweight in design, the modular conveyor frame enables easy assembly and disassembly in narrow underground tunnels. All units pass factory test & commissioning; only simple connection with mine cars is required to put the machine into operation on site. Besides standard underground mucking tasks, auxiliary crushing attachments can be installed on demand to expand functions including section trimming and trench excavation.
