2. Product Introduction

The ZCY45R belt side-discharge rock loader is dedicated mucking machinery designed for underground mine roadways, widely deployed on working faces of coal mines and metal mines. Built with a side-discharge structure, it flexibly transports gangue and ore within narrow tunnels and has been exported to numerous small and medium mining projects around the globe.

Powered by a 30 kW explosion-proof main motor compatible with both 660 V and 1140 V underground power supplies, the machine weighs 5100 kg including hydraulic oil, with standard transport dimensions of 4450×1200×2100 mm. Its fully detachable cab can be removed to reduce the machine height to 1250 mm for passage through low-clearance tunnels. The 0.45 m³ wide bucket (1200 mm width) achieves a maximum digging depth of 500 mm to clear piled waste rock, with a discharge height of no less than 1300 mm for direct unloading to mine cars.

The hydraulic system adopts two independent pressure circuits: 20±0.5 MPa for the working mechanism and 21.5±0.5 MPa for the travel motor, guaranteeing consistent and reliable power output.
