ZCY45R explosion-proof side-discharge rock loader is designed for coal and metal mine underground tunneling slag removal. The ZCY45R belt side-discharge rock loader is professional mucking equipment for underground mine roadways, widely applied in coal and metal mining working faces. Adopting side-discharge structure, it transports gangue and ore flexibly in narrow tunnels, widely exported to small & medium mining projects worldwide.
It is fitted with a 30kW explosion-proof main motor supporting both 660V and 1140V underground voltages. Total machine weight with oil is 5100kg, standard transport dimension 4450×1200×2100mm. The cab is fully detachable; machine height reduces to 1250mm without cab for low tunnel access. The 0.45m³ wide bucket (1200mm width) reaches max digging depth 500mm to clear piled waste rock, with discharge height ≥1300mm to directly unload into mine cars.
The hydraulic system uses two independent pressure circuits: 20±0.5MPa for working mechanism, 21.5±0.5MPa for travel motor, ensuring consistent stable power output. Track ground contact pressure is only 0.09MPa with minimum ground clearance 220mm to avoid sinking on muddy tunnel ground. Traction force ≥20kN supports stable operation on slopes up to 15°, max travel speed 0.5m/s for precise loading control.
