ZWY-180/75L crawler scraper slag machine is suitable for large-section inclined shafts and large-slope tunnels. - Product Overview
As a professional manufacturer of mining loading equipment, our factory develops the ZWY-180/75L tracked excavator loader, a high-efficiency explosion-proof mucking machine specially designed for coal mine inclined shafts, large & medium rock roadways and semi-coal-rock roadways. It is also known as tracked slag loader, scraper mucking loader and inclined shaft dedicated loader. Applicable for roadways with cross-section over 3.5m×3.5m, the machine adapts to maximum gradient of 25°, with hourly loading capacity up to 180 cubic meters, serving as the core mainstay equipment for underground mechanized tunneling.
Equipped with a 75kW explosion-proof mining motor and full hydraulic pilot control system, the machine features a large swing range of digging boom, supporting multi-functional operations including full-face mucking, working face rock cleaning, roadway tidying and ditch maintenance. Only one single operator is required to finish all procedures, which greatly cuts underground labor allocation and improves operation safety.
The travelling system adopts thickened quenched manganese steel tracks with large ground contact area, delivering outstanding traction and anti-slip performance on muddy ground, gravel roads and steep slopes. The internal thickened wear-resistant double-chain scraper conveyor trough prevents material backflow during high-gradient operation. Its rear outlet can be directly connected with mine cars, belt conveyors or shuttle cars to realize continuous material transfer and discharging.
The machine frame adopts integrated casting & welding forming technology. Wear-prone components including bucket teeth, scrapers and tracks are reinforced with wear-resistant treatment for strong impact resistance and extended service life. Modular structural design enables convenient underground disassembly, assembly, transportation and daily maintenance.
Complying fully with coal mine explosion-proof safety standards, the whole machine features flameless operation, low noise and zero exhaust pollution, capable of stable continuous operation in horizontal tunnels and downhill inclined shafts. Customization on overall dimension and dumping height is available on demand. The diagram shows the maximum working width of the excavating arm at the front of the equipment. This equipment is compatible with conventional roadway cross-sections, offering a wide excavation coverage area. It can cover most of the working face of the roadway in a single operation, reducing repeated equipment movements and significantly improving the efficiency of underground waste rock removal. It is suitable for conventional excavation and slag removal operations in coal and rock roadways.
