ZWY-120/55L mining mucking loader is a MA-certified explosion-proof underground mining equipment. Equipped with 55kW flameproof motor and full hydraulic system, it features a loading capacity of 120m³ per hour. Integrated with digging, mucking, conveying and unloading functions, the crawler-type design ensures strong trafficability and climbing performance. - Product Overview
ZWY-120/55L coal mine excavator loader is a medium-sized high-power multi-functional tracked scraper loader. Positioned between lightweight small models and heavy high-output machines, it features sufficient power reserve and strong working condition adaptability. Widely applied to conventional and complex operations including underground excavation, mucking and roadway maintenance in medium-section coal mine tunnels, metal mines and water conservancy tunnels, it serves as core equipment for standardized underground construction.
Equipped with a 55kW explosion-proof motor, the machine achieves rated hourly mucking output up to 120m³/h, delivering stable and powerful power output to sustain consistent long-term operation efficiency. Adopting engineering-grade crawler structure with large ground contact area and excellent traction, it adapts to gravel, muddy and damp underground ground surfaces. It runs smoothly on inclined roadways with low risk of slipping or jamming, and its trafficability on complex terrain far outperforms tire-type equipment.
Fitted with high-strength enclosed scraper conveyor mechanism, it boasts superior wear resistance, tear resistance and anti-deviation performance compared with belt conveyors. It can steadily convey hard rock, large lump ore and wet slag without blockage, realizing stable continuous operation and greatly reducing machine downtime rate.
The whole machine holds complete mining explosion-proof certifications. Its hydraulic pilot control system features light, sensitive operation with buffered smooth movements and wide working coverage, enabling full-section dead-angle-free mucking. Reinforced thickened frame structure provides outstanding impact and wear resistance, supporting long-term high-intensity underground work.

The diagram shows the maximum working width of the excavating arm at the front of the equipment. This equipment is compatible with conventional roadway cross-sections, offering a wide excavation coverage area. It can cover most of the working face of the roadway in a single operation, reducing repeated equipment movements and significantly improving the efficiency of underground waste rock removal. It is suitable for conventional excavation and slag removal operations in coal and rock roadways.
