The MWD3.5/0.2L coal mine hydraulic excavator is a high-power, multi-functional, explosion-proof electric underground excavator. Developed with mature mining machinery R&D technology, it is suitable for various working conditions in coal mines and metal mines, including tunnel excavation, slag removal, section trimming and collapse clearing. Supporting customized functions, it serves as the core equipment for medium and small-scale precise underground construction and meets the requirements of long-term and high-intensity underground operations.

  1. Core Power & Hydraulic System

Equipped with a 30KW explosion-proof motor and variable pump hydraulic system, the machine features stable and controllable rated pressure, sufficient flow and smooth, efficient power output, supporting long-time continuous operation. It adopts integrated hydraulic walking and steel crawler structure, with ground pressure ≤0.08Mpa, delivering excellent adaptability to muddy and gravel underground roads. With a ground clearance of ≥210mm and a maximum climbing angle of 14°, it easily copes with complex underground terrain. The minimum turning radius is ≤1500mm, ensuring flexible steering and superior adaptability for narrow tunnel operations.

  1. Advantages of Three-section Boom Working Mechanism

The machine is equipped with a three-section boom working mechanism. The main boom achieves 70° swing, and the whole machine supports 360° full-range rotation with a rotating speed of 0-11r/min. The auxiliary boom is optional with 180°/360° rotation, realizing wide working coverage without blind spots. The standard bucket capacity is 0.2±0.05m³, meeting conventional excavation and slag removal demands. Fitted with a 1000(1400)×260mm wide dozer blade, it can level the ground and stabilize the machine during operation. Its excavation radius is 4200±100mm, maximum lifting height 4100±100mm, maximum unloading height 2850±100mm, and maximum digging depth 1050±100mm. The bucket digging force is ≥14KN. Weighing 3.5 tons with overall dimensions of 4300×1000(1400)×2200mm, the compact body adapts perfectly to narrow underground spaces.

The machine can be equipped with a hydraulic breaker and wireless remote control system as required, integrating excavation, hard rock breaking and remote precise operation to realize multi-purpose construction. The matched hydraulic breaker weighs 110kg with a total length of 1100mm, working hydraulic pressure of 90-120kg/cm³, oil flow of 20-60L/min and impact frequency of 700-1200bpm, delivering stable breaking performance for underground hard rock operations. The whole electrical system adopts a full explosion-proof design with multiple safety protections. It produces no exhaust emissions and low noise, safe and environmentally friendly for enclosed underground construction environments. The wireless remote control distance reaches 40 meters with wireless signal control for convenient and safe operation.
