This series of coal mine explosion-proof hydraulic excavators is specially designed for narrow underground roadways, metal mine tunnel maintenance, and small-scale mining scenarios. All core hydraulic and power components of the whole machine adopt first-class international original accessories, and the whole machine is explosion-proof and compliant, adapting to various high-risk underground construction environments around the world.

The full set of hydraulic cores is equipped with German Rexroth variable main pumps and multi-way directional valves, with smooth control response; the pilot valve and breaker control valve adopt original parts from Korea First Hydraulics, and the travel, swing motors and reducers adopt Korean Eaton assemblies, with stable hydraulic power output and low risk of high-temperature leakage during long-time heavy-duty operations. The travel crawler adopts the mature assembly of Shantui Komatsu, which is wear-resistant and has strong bearing capacity; the boom and arm cylinders are matched with products from Wuxi Hengli, with reliable high-pressure sealing and longer service life.

The pipelines adopt high-pressure oil pipes from Qingdao Xiangliu, which are anti-aging and high-pressure resistant; the main structure of the machine body is welded with WISCO steel, and the bucket wear plate can optionally use Swedish Hardox wear-resistant steel, which is impact-resistant and resistant to ore wear. There are two power configurations: the diesel version is equipped with a Cummins explosion-proof engine, enabling free operation in cable-free field mining areas; the electric version is equipped with a Nanyang explosion-proof motor, with lower energy consumption for continuous underground operation. The swing and articulated bushings adopt wear-resistant bushings from Jiashan Mingxin and Zhejiang Changsheng, reducing maintenance frequency.

The equipment supports quick replacement of multiple attachments such as buckets, breakers, and milling heads, and is equipped with a 360-degree full-swing crawler chassis, enabling flexible operation in narrow working faces. The full set of accessories is in sufficient supply at home and abroad, the modular structure facilitates cross-border disassembly and transportation, and maintenance in overseas mining areas is convenient. One piece of equipment can complete multiple processes such as floor dinting, side expanding, rock breaking, and muck cleaning, greatly reducing labor and equipment investment in mines, and it is a highly durable main excavation equipment for overseas underground engineering.
