Six Core Working Functions of Explosion-proof Electric Excavator

This machine integrates six major functions: hydraulic traveling, digging & collecting, roadway floor cleaning, material loading & unloading, rock crushing and multi-angle swinging operation. The working principle of each mechanism is detailed as follows:

  1. Hydraulic Travel Mechanism
    Power is transmitted to the driving wheels through hydraulic motors, reducers and transmission shafts in sequence. The hydraulic motor supports three modes: forward, reverse and automatic parking brake, delivering smooth start, stop and braking with outstanding safety and reliability.
  2. Digging & Collecting Mechanism
    Hydraulic control levers manipulate the working manipulator to complete a full set of procedures including digging, boom stretching, material grabbing and unloading. The main boom can lift, lower and swing left and right for wide working coverage. A wireless remote control system is available as an optional upgrade.
  3. Rock Crushing Mechanism
    Equipped with a hydraulic nitrogen energy-storage breaker, it crushes large surrounding rock and hard rock on-site underground, perfectly matching non-blasting excavation and collapse clearance working conditions.
  4. Material Loading & Unloading Mechanism
    Two hydraulic lifting cylinders lift the conveyor frame to the standard unloading height. Hydraulic locks secure the cylinders as stable supporting points to realize continuous loading and discharging operations.
  5. Roadway Floor Cleaning Function
    It is specially used to clean gangue, sludge and fine ore at the bottom of roadways, level the tunneling floor, keep underground transport passages unobstructed and create favorable conditions for subsequent tunneling construction.
  6. Hydraulic Swing Arm Mechanism
    The working swing arm supports 180° or 360° multi-angle rotation, flexibly adapting to multi-directional excavation and slag removal in narrow roadways.
